Welcome to Real Simple Reminders. By accessing our website, subscribing to our service plans, or engaging in text message communication with our live tracking specialists, you agree to be legally bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Description of Service

Real Simple Reminders provides human-led accountability, routine tracking, and consistency support operated natively via standard cellular Short Message Service (SMS).

Important Disclaimer: Our live specialists provide motivational structure and consistency verification loops. We are not a medical alert system, a certified healthcare provider, a suicide prevention hotline, or an emergency monitoring service. Our text communications do not substitute for professional medical advice, clinical diagnoses, or emergency responder interventions.

2. Subscription Billing and the 7-Day Free Trial

  • Trial Activation: All subscription plans initiate with a 7-day risk-free trial. To activate this trial and secure a dedicated specialist on our operating schedule, you are required to securely enter valid billing details upfront.

  • Billing Schedule: You will be billed $0.00 upon immediate checkout. If you do not cancel your subscription within the 7-day trial window, your card will automatically be billed for the standard recurring monthly rate of your chosen plan tier on Day 8.

  • Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your monthly subscription at any moment with a single click via your client dashboard portal. To avoid automatic renewal charges, you must cancel before your next billing cycle date peaks. All sales are final, and we do not issue prorated refunds for partial month utilization.

3. SMS Messaging Consent & TCPA Compliance

By providing your mobile phone number and initiating enrollment, you grant explicit consent to Real Simple Reminders to send manual, human-initiated text messages to your phone line to fulfill your scheduled routine plan.

  • Standard message and data rates applied by your wireless cellular carrier may apply.

  • You may opt-out of text alerts at any moment by replying STOP to any message. Please note that opting out of text tracking will effectively terminate our ability to provide your daily accountability service.

4. User Conduct & Specialist Boundaries

Our text messaging environment is rooted in mutual respect and compassionate care. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive, harassing, obscene, threatening, or sexually explicit language directed at our live accountability specialists. We reserve the absolute right to terminate service accounts immediately, without notice or refund, if a user violates these basic professional conduct boundaries.

5. Limitation of Liability

Real Simple Reminders, its founders, and its operating specialists shall not be held liable for any missed routines, unexecuted tasks, medication omissions, or delayed caregiver notification alerts arising out of cellular network drops, technological delivery errors, or user response failure.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes shall be handled exclusively within courts located in California.
